What are you not being asked to do?

Ever felt that you're doing everything that's asked of you... but somehow it doesn't seem to be enough to advance your career? 🤷

When you’re in an organisation it will place demands upon you, and to succeed in your current role you need to meet those demands. That’s pretty obvious. However to drive your career forward intentionally, there are always things you need to work on which the organisation does not demand of you. Identifying what those things are and making time to work on them will make a huge difference to your progress and trajectory. It’s not enough simply to do what is demanded of you.

What are those ‘extra’ things? Well, it's different for everyone. One of the ways I support my clients is by discovering these areas for personal growth and driving progress on them.

As my clients know, I am not a fan of generic advice. Everyone's needs are somewhat unique to their situation and their experience. That's why I coach 1:1 rather than writing courses or books. There's no universally applicable list of "10 ways to succeed in <role>". As a result, I'm more likely to share common challenges, such as this one, without making a suggestion on how to overcome them. We can work on the solutions in 1:1 sessions 👥 👏🚀

The first step is to schedule an intro call and we'll get started... 📆
