Do I work only with PMs?

A potential client said, "Oh, it looks like you coach only Product Managers... that's a shame".

Well, it turns out that's not true 🙂. I have coaching clients in other roles, including:

• Software engineers

• Software engineering managers

• Strategy development

• GTM

• Business development

As I've said before, my clients are not looking for support with the nuts and bolts of their role... they know the fundamentals already. Most of them are seeking to change something about how they work, or how they feel about their work. What they all have in common is a growth mindset and a desire to drive their careers forward.
